1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing clpiter.in (the "Website") or hiring Chander Lal Piter ("Clpiter", "I", "me") for any service, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or services.
2. Services
I provide website design, website development, web application development, API development, SEO, hosting setup, and remote website maintenance services, and I accept projects of any kind from clients anywhere in the world. All work is delivered remotely. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (quotation, email or message) before work begins.
3. Quotations & Payments
- Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- An advance payment is required before work starts. The remaining balance is due before the website is made live or handed over.
- Domain, hosting, paid plugins, themes and other third-party costs are charged separately unless included in the quotation.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide content, images, logos and feedback on time. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery date.
- Ensure you own or have permission to use all content you supply. You are responsible for any copyright or trademark claims arising from that content.
- Keep your login, hosting and domain credentials secure after handover.
5. Revisions & Additional Work
Each project includes the number of revisions stated in the quotation. Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as additional work and charged separately.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you is transferred to you. Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts and plugins remain under their own licences. I may display the completed project in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
Websites often rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways and email services. I am not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, pricing or data loss.
8. Support & Maintenance
Free support after launch is limited to the period stated in the quotation. Ongoing maintenance, updates and fixes after that period are available under a separate plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of the Website or services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Use of This Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, send spam through the contact form, or copy its design and content without permission.
11. Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that date must be paid for, and advance payments are not refunded.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
